Thread for weird dreams that you felt like sharing.

I had this weird dream where Squigly tried to assassinate Batman while he was eating dinner, only to miss and get sprayed by Alfred with an aerosol can that made her rapidly switch through various color palettes and BSoD. The Star Wars: The Clone Wars versions of Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi then grabbed her and threw her in a cell in a medieval dungeon where there was a Xenomorph crawling around on the barred windows for some reason. Ashoka Tano was also walking around in the background and had the most 80's-ass mullet for some reason.

Anyone else?

Not weird, more kinda cool. I had dream about a year ago at this point about what the new LoZ was going to be, and it was a steampunk/frostpunk sort of affair. The premise was that the game took place so far into the future that Ganon was no longer any threat to Hyrule, allowing the kingdom to grow into an empire spanning a good chunk of the world. Link was a young member of the Aristocracy, while Zelda was royalty as per usual. The game opened up with Link being punished for sneaking out and spending time in the city because "he's not supposed to associate with the lower classes." He goes to bed for the night, where he dreams about three fairies, representing the three goddesses, talking about how there is disaster coming, and due to Link's upbringing, they need to step in and give him a little nudge this time. They sang a little song, and Link woke up the next morning wanting to swing a sword around, and this would have been the games basic tutorial. Cut to a few days later and Link is sneaking out again, only this time to join the Hyrule Royal Army under a fake name; this would be where the player would put their name in.

The dream then cut to much later, when this supposed disaster was revealed: an Ice Age is coming, and it's threatening to consume Hyrule and most of the world. Link's mission in this game is as thus: Prevent the cold from destroying the world by collecting long forgotten artifacts which, once combined, resurrected Ganon as his original human form, Ganondorf Dragmire, as for whatever reason, only he could drive back the cold. The moment this was revealed was about where the dream ended.

I don't dream that often, but when I do, they are vivid and highly memorable.
They also are sometimes precognisant, but that's a different story.

I saw Akira once and only once when I was about 12 or so at my weeby friend's place. That "transformation" scene, you know the one, scared the hell out of me for weeks. I've had occasional nightmares about it ever since, even now, decades later. I've never told my friend about this, but I resent him slightly for having traumatized me for showing me that damn film when we were kids.

A recent one I had involved a girl sitting in the passanger's seat of a truck driven by an extremely ugly witch who can't stop laughing. The girl is visibly frightened, not by the witch next to her, but by a slasher-looking man who resembles Leatherface who is viciously sprinting towards the truck, chainsaw in his hands. The witch laughs even harder as she pushes on the accelerator until all three get lost off-screen. Night falls and neither the killer nor the witch are nowhere to be seen but the girl, now seemingly catatonic, rests on a bench next to an average joe. Suddenly, a cocoon resembling a ribcage grows from her back and begins enveloping her entire body until some time passes for the cocoon to harden and break in order to expell the girl who has been turned into an anthropomorphic butterfly. She flies away while the fellow next to her doesn't even notice this metamorphosis but does notice how the state of the old body of the girl has been left: a gross-looking skin whose entrails are left out in the open.
