4. What is the best diet?
A balanced diet is essential to good health. If you just want to lose weight, however. Do this.
-Eat a salad or something light. Chicken and fish are okay in moderation, but no other kind of meat. Stick with salad and a bit of chicken if you can.
- Don't eat for a minimum of 24 hours after that. Drinks are okay.
- DO NOT go without food for more than 3 days. You will shut down your metabolism and starve. If you accidentally do this, gradually ease yourself back on to food. It's best to seek immediate medical assistance if possible.
- Repeat until you reach the desired weight. Exercise either during or after the diet to tighten up the skin, as it will be loose. It's also a good idea to take daily supplements to make up for the lack of nutrition.
5. Is there anybody out there?
Statistics say yes. Though it's not as if we're going to have any evidence for or against that hypothesis any time soon, so it's reasonable to take either side.

No idea. Additionally, acquiring the data necessary to support any kind of conclusion is impractical.

Depends on your behavior and how much medical science has advanced. It's possible that you could live for hundreds of years, given that you last until the technology necessary to make that possible is developed and circumstances allow for it.
