I know most of you gamers have become ZAWMBEES to the new HALOLZ game. But a great game has just come out and it's name is CIVILIZATION V! I am dying to get it, anyone with me?

I'm going to buy it this weekend and start playing it. I've been waiting months for it to come out!

Actually I liked Civ 3 over 4, not sure about five but I figured it would be something like this.

Man, only RTS games I play are Age of Empires II, Stronghold Crusader and Black & White. Is Civilisation that good?

EDIT: I just remembered this oldschool RTS I used to play on Windows 98 called "Knights and Merchants". Has anyone played it? Best RTS game imo.

I'll be acquiring it as soon as I have the money. Too bad that most of my money goes to food these days.

I'm actually not a fan of RTSes in general.
StarCraft is fun, but that's really the only one that I like.
The next game I'm getting will be MineCraft, actually.

Like HOH, I'm going to get it when I can afford it.

But, I shall play and pwn you guys to hell when I get it…

Civ 4 is one my favorite games of all time. I'm going to get Civ 5 once I can afford it.

Also, for the record, I have Civilization IV. I play as the Russians, sometimes the Vikings.

I'm going to pirate it because I lack moneez.

I personally wait for the expansions to come out in a special edition before I buy a game, its sorta silly to pay 20$ for all of that when they will just bring it out in a few months for near nothing.

I bought Civ IV and pirated the expansions.
I'm in love with Civ V's graphics and style. It was kind of mediocre before. (Srsly, having to turn on death animations?)

What's this unlocking thing? I don't get it.

Some games on Steam are available to buy/download before launch date. You can't play it until it actually comes out, when the game unlocks.

Now that is just stupid.
