i think the game will have many typos and the characters look nothing like how they described them. but im atleast hoping for some decent gameplay. maybe it will be intuitive enough for me to play it all the way through.

Whats the battlefield? I doubt ninjas would fare well without the shade of darkness,on a galleon no less. Similarily a pirate is too clumsy and ill mannered to battle in the sacred grounds of a dojo.
Its a cove, therefore the field doesn't lend itself to either side
