Isn't that what downvoting is for? To say you don't like something? Although, it can be used to get REVENGE on users who once said something you didn't like…

@MWGT: Downvoting, in its purest form, is for posts that break rules (off-topic, not even close to friendly, porn/gore). Of course, most users don't know that and abuse it as a "I don't like that post/user" tool. A little late, but I wanted to clear that up.
