You would be able to confirm, deadpool, and edit some entries that can be easily edited back.
And oh my god. You would be able to add editors to entries. Jesus christ the horror.
Or even worse, you could label entries as "trending" or "researching" holy fucking shit oh shit.
KYM would crash immediately as that would happen.
