I keep seeing these images people make with the website Blingee , which allows people to create "cool" pictures using special effects like glitter and shades and other terrible stuff.

Usually famous people and other things it doesn't suit. Anyone else seen a number of these, and would it be a meme or a website?

If not an entry unto itself, then maybe a section in an entry about animated gifs? I'm definitely for having this somewhere on the site. I've seen these and other non-Blingee .gifs riffing off the cheeziness of early Internets & tacky MySpace / Geocities style imagery.
