I've only seen it in the instances of the new Knuckles

Common amongst anything fitness related, basicly if someone has good built body / arms but has done nothing on his legs and you see it.
Try to google it you might see it then.
Can you offer specifc proof of memetic quality other than saying "google it"?

Man, I've seen that so much I'm surprised we don't have this one already. For real.
I've seen it a few times, but definitely not enough to deserve its own entry.
I've seen it in about one or two instances, but I don't believe it has enough spread along with everyone else, unless you can convince us otherwise. We're waiting!
I think what you're talking about was the whole joke about Knuckles's redesign from that new Sonic cartoon.
Is this what you meant?
Oh how embarrasing. I just realized that it did exist before the redesign.
Here's some evidence:
@ARobotNamedJoe, it's WAY older than that, but thats just a part of it. I see it constantly since over a year and I'm mostly arround on 4chan.
It definetly is a thing, but needs research.
I don't know if it merits an article, though I have seen it a little bit. I don't think it will spread much, but I'll leave this Mr. Lovenstein comic here in case that changes.
How come a meme needs to have a billion terabyte net trafic until its really a thing? If it is something that is spread, even a little and constantly used it is a fucking meme.

^Pretty much.
Because you didn't see much of it, doesn't mean it doesn't exist.
But to get to the point, Don got you covered.
