Nah. I think it's just Deadpool's usual manner of breaking the fourth wall. He knows that he's being meme-ified and he doesn't want to be, so thus, this is the result.
Ah yes. I agree. Despite the fact that there is a large number of Advice Deadpools on meme-generator, it is still just Deadpool being Deadpool.
Unfortunately, I think I may have unintentionally contributed to the creation of this meme in the following thread:

Well, the head's from that comic you displayed in the thread, no doubt about that. But, I think that no one on this site is smart or stupid enough to have even thought of creating an Advice Dog spin-off off of the idea. If someone did take your idea, I think they would have done it something like this example I made:
There were a couple of "My Commo Sense" instances in there. There were also some Chimichangas ones. No common thread amongst them though.
