This is definitely a thing, I've seen it around wrestling communities quite a bit.

While I'm here might as well also suggest another Cena-related meme I've seen quite a bit lately, that is, "Fine Speech", or in longer format:

Takes off hat, rubs hair (alternatively, bald spot)
Fine speech

Cena is notorious for doing such after heel promos, and the phrase has become popular as a shitpost response to long posts on communities like /r/squaredcircle.

Might only be notable enough for the Cena page tho
