Hey everybody, I'm wondering what a meme format is called. Maybe you guys could help me in researching it. It's basically where there's this caption at the top, accompanied by a gif. It's mainly used ironically, for example. "Leftists when they find out that they are right" with a gif of Steve Harvey looking shocked.
I don't know what this format is called, but it's at the tip of my tongue. Can you guys help? Much appreciated.
