For context: The meme sprouted from a three-minute animated Diary of a Wimpy Kid short released in 2012, canonically set between the films 'Rodrick Rules' and 'Dog Days'. The film compiles scenes from the first five books, condensing them into a short, and is featured as a bonus feature on the Dog Days DVD. The plot consists of Greg's endeavours to become his school's class clown, as the title suggests. Here is the source for the meme:

The meme comprises of interactions between Greg Heffley and his teacher. Upon doing research on YouTube the earlier renditions of this meme sprouted in 2018, one the original versions of the memes being "Greg Heffley, please do not say the n word in my classroom" by user Mememasterjim gathering 147,352 views as of March 15th, 2021. More research might be necessary in terms of finalizing and completing just where the meme itself originated as this is the earliest one I found popularized on YouTube. Variants of the meme (such as the 'N Word' one) have been reposted countless times around YouTube, and amass plenty of views, so there may be a lesser known version of this meme that has less views in total and possibly a different caption. Other variants of this 'Class Clown' meme switch up the dialogue between Greg and his teacher, often times interchanging Greg's remarks with meme sounds. Variations of the meme continued to be resurfaced.

And lastly Example #3, a variant in 2021:
