Banned because Who am I?'s post, "Banned for having less of a clue of who you are than me" is not an example of irony. Going by the definition of verbal irony, there has to be a contrast between what was said and what was meant. If Who am I? had posted "Banned because you don't know who you are" then that would constitute irony.

As it stands, his current post does not constitute irony because he acknowledges not knowing who he is.

Banned because I was going more along the lines of situational irony, or "an occasion in which the outcome is significantly different from what was expected."

Who am I?'s username implies that he has no knowledge of his own identity.

Since this is the case, Who am I? banning the user above him for "having less of a clue of who you are than me" could be considered a valid example of situational irony because you would not expect someone to have less of an idea of who he is than someone who's own username implies that he has no idea who he is.

This is similar to how a police officer getting arrested could be considered an example of situational irony because you would not expect an enforcer of the law to become a victim of the law.

If I'm wrong on any of this, please correct me. But I'll ban you if you do.

Banned for not understanding that I banned Ernest for having switched his name, avatar, etc. multiple times in a very short period of time. He appears to have either multiple personality disorder, but based on his also posting violent and semi anti-social behavior I'm going to have to say he has Schizophrenia, so he has even less of a clue who he is than I do. I guess having an IQ of 300 isn't that great.

Banned for locking out Crona, and inviting us to a swimming pool where you may not dive, which clearly is one of the basic actions that makes swimming a pleasure to do
