Sorry guys, I haven't gotten any old requests done just yet.

The reason for this is Persona 3, which I'm still playing (currently going through The Answer), and after that, I'll start with Persona 4.

Another reason for my inactivity has been the fact that I actually drew something for myself for a change, which (surprise surprise) was Persona related. To be more specific, I decided to draw Chernobog, whose design was one of my favourites. And since this IS my drawing thread, I thought I might as well share this here, instead of using the General Art Thread.

So, now that this is done, I might look into your requests when I happen to have some free time and inspiration. I try my best to deliver, but like I always say, it just takes time.

Since you already bumped the thread, I might as well reply here, and update the list of stuff that I'm going to continue with when I have a good chance to get back into this.

Okay, so group drawings are a big pain due to numerous characters, but since Emerson wanted me to draw him, and his request is coming after yours, I might as well draw your request, and get two birds with one stone.

And here's the list of requests so far. I'd rather not take too many new requests now, so that I can clear out the backlog.

Amalgam is basically a fancy word for blend or mixture. Marvel and DC did a few like Darkclaw (Batman and Wolverine).

If you aren't willing or not able to it could you instead just draw them separately.

Finally got at least something done.



The problem with group photos is that they take the same time as multiple requests, and having to draw lots of stuff on the same go, usually results in a quality drop.

But since I could do Emerson's request to draw him on the same go, I made the exception.

I might see to it at some point, but I'm pretty busy at the moment, so I won't be taking new requests until I clear out the backlog little by little.

Well, since I had some time and inspiration left for today, I decided to do this one more request for today.

Though I still dunno what I was supposed to be doing with it in the first place, so I hope a simple redesign is enough.

I've had a little change of mind and I wouldn't mind helping you out my lessening the stack you have building up, I'm going to retract my last request so you needn't worry about it anymore.

No doubt in the future when you have some free time I'll be back with a new idea of some sort to pass on though.

Since scetchy was preferred, I was able to add more details without actually adding any detail (if that makes any sense). I just didn't have to think about drawing any lines twise, and could just draw freely.

I had fun doing this request.

Hey, Muumi, scratch my last request. I have a better idea:

Judge Claude Frollo (from Disney's Hunchback of Notre Dame) in a black Ford Mustang, driving by a surprised young red haired woman.

Sorry Spider-Byte, I tried some scetches of combining DD and SM, but none of them were good enough in my opinion. It always looked too much like the other, and my inexperience in drawing in an american superhero style really showed to it's disadvantage.

If you can figure out something else, I could put your request in the first place now that I can finally say that the backlog is mostly cleared.

So I'll be able to take new requests now, even if they are from the same people that have already requested something. I rarely do requests from the same people if there's a backlog, but I made some exceptions.

Just don't flood me with too much stuff to do, since I draw really slow, and I have some sort of life outside the interwebs too.

Funny ideas are also more fun to do than srs bsns.

There are a couple of things I'd like to mention at this point.

I dunno how many requests I'll be able to take in the near future, since I'll start working on a little project with SmackerJack. Not only that, I'll also have some art stuff I should discuss with Crow involving his project. I might still do some requests here, but it might take longer than usual, since I'd like to focus on these two projects at hand. I also have my own job to consider, and since I'm known for being lazy, I have no idea how effectively I can use my free time. I also tend to work when I feel inspired, so there's that too.

Oh, and in case you are still waiting a request to be drawn from earlier in this thread, as I said, I cleared the backlog of stuff I was about to draw. If your request didn't get drawn, it just didn't catch my attention. I'm sorry if that happened.

BUT. You can still make new requests, and if your request is something you really want to see, just request it again, and I'll take a second look at it. But like I said earlier, I'm pretty busy at the moment.

If there are some obvious flaws you can see in this one, and think that I had no idea what I was doing… You're probably right. Never drawn transformers. Come to think of it. Most of the stuff I get requested, is stuff I've never really drawn, and in which I have very little to no experience in.

Flaws? ITS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! Especially for someone who has never drawn a single transformer in his/her own life time. And never get discouraged when drawing transformers, we never always have the same designers or artists with new series, so change in appearances is something not that new to the franchise.

Nah, there's rarely anything people here can do for me, and I don't usually ask for anything anyway.

Okay, no new pictures this time around, but I thought I might ask you guys for some "help".

The thing is, I have a chance to paint some stuff on a door when I have some free time at work. But the thing is, I can't seem to come up with good ideas. At first I thought of drawing a lich sitting on an icy throne, but discarded the idea (at least for now). I've been thinking of other stuff that I could do, but haven't come up with anything that might grab my interest.

So, I ask you guys.

Does any of you have some good ideas for black and white (+ greyscale) picture that could be painted on a door. I don't feel comfortable doing anything anime/cartoon, but I could do some demon/monster/dragon/mythology related stuff.

If I someone can come up with an idea that I like enough to draw, I'll probably go all the way and paint the picture on a door, which I'll then upload here.

It's also worth noting, that this kind of thing takes a ton of time, and I can only work on it when I have free time, so I have absolutely no idea when I can show you results. I've done this kind of thing only once before.

Sorry guys, I haven't really been drawing much lately. The only proper thing I've done was a logo for the band of an old friend of mine, but I can't show it to you just yet. I'll show it later on, when he gets their stuff uploaded to YouTube, and I can upload it to dA.

I've still been working on the door thingy, but haven't come up with anything I'd really like to do. I'm also pretty busy nowdays, since it's summertime now, and the season for outside work has started.

However, I've gotten a bunch of abandoned scetches that I might as well show to someone, so that they won't be completely wasted gathering dust in the back of the drawer.

So here 'ya go, some scetches to keep the thread from autolocking 'til I can get something more worthwhile done.

I'm not doing any requests at the moment, since I'm pretty busy with my IRL work. Summertime is the busy season for house painters / decorators.

I'm also pretty low on inspiration, and most of my free time these days goes to reading manga. I'll just upload some stuff that I manage to draw on this thread every now and then in order to keep it alive, but requests will have to wait.

Since I'm sure many people who visit this thread often are wondering just WHEN I'll start doing requests again, it'll probably be after I get the door project underway, get back on track with SmackerJack's project, and after I'm done with my work related weekend projects for this summer.

Like I always say, my inspiration is quite ficle, so I go through long periods of time without doing anything, then draw a lot for a while, and then go on a hiatus again. Right now I'm on a hiatus, but I'll get back to this thread eventually.

Okay guys, I feel like drawing / practicing today, so I'll be able to take a few requests.

I'm also implementing a new rule for this thread to prevent the backlog, which was sure to annoy both you guys, and myself. I'll write more clearly about it when we reach the 4th page of this thread.

Basically, forget about all the earlier requests that have been made up until now, and anyone can make new requests (if you have one that didn't get drawn, then you may request again).

I'll draw the first two requests that I find funny or interesting (like always I upvote those I like), and then close the requests.

After the two pictures are done, I may or may not request more, depending on time and inspiration. It's on the first come, first serve principle.
