Which are you looking forward to more?

As much as I prefer DC over Marvel, I have to admit that Marvel definitely has had the stronger films recently. I won't say BvS is going to be bad, but I expect more from Civil War than I do from it.

Hopefully it doesn't just turn Iron Man into the Straw Man like the original crisis event did.

I'm not that up-to-speed on DC but I do enjoy a bit of Marvel so Civil War it is for me.

I'm gonna say both.

I feel like BvS is trying to do too much. I was okay with wonder women, but adding in doomsday? Plus i've heard rumors that bizzaro is gonna be in it. They're making the same mistake that Spiderman 3 made. They're attempting to juggle to many plots.

I think Civil War's trailer have been incredibly hype and compelling. The recent BvS trailer was strong but it arrived very late in the game.

I was never much of a fan of dc and its characters/lore at all and their movies for years now have ranged from bad to okay so my hype for BvS basically doesn't exist. I will still be seeing it though.

I am a massive MCU fan on the other hand and generally my whole life have loved marvel things in general. Civil War 100%.

Going to watch both. I've been hearing from the casts that Civil War will be more drama focus which should be interesting to see. As for BvS, i heard some leaked info on how Batfleck will be like, so i'm really excited to see if it's true or not.

Civil War, definitely… DC doesn't seem to know how to make good movies anymore, or they do, and they're just trying way too hard…

Well, the last good DC movies were the The Dark Knight Trilogy, though they were good because they were done by Chris Nolan with a focus on the drama. By comparison, Zack Snyder who did Man of Steel and is doing the BvS movie is more focused in creating large scale conflicts and spectacles rather than focusing on plot (hence the destruction metropolis and the allstar brawl in the BvS trailers).

BvS might end up a clusterfuck, but atleast it would be a spectacle clusterfuck. lol

Civil War 100 % . I like Marvel more tho so it's obvious.

I'll watch BvS. Just to see if it's good,a train wreck or a snore fest like Man of Steel

I'll be checking out both (need to catch up on some more Marvel flicks first though, I haven't even seen Age of Ultron yet, oddly enough; I'll give BvS this very minor "advantage" so far: I've only got one movie I need to see first before watching that one [yeah haven't actually seen Man of Steel yet, all I know is it's ultra polarizing, just see the Nostalgia Critic and Angry Joe crossover review for an quick example, though it's probably no surprise to anyone familiar with Joe that he's on the "liked it" side]).

Also I have heard the Civil War comic storyline was kinda poorly handled, but I'm sure the movie will correct any problems. Hell I heard the video game that adapted Civil War also fixed various issues with the comic storyline, so Marvel's aware of the issues people had. (the game in question being Ultimate Alliance 2 by the way, which I dunno why I haven't played that yet, I liked the first one)

I really liked Man of Steel. From moment to moment it looked amazing and despite people calling it a snorefest, it had one of the most spectacular opening 30 of any superhero movie I've ever seen.
