It would be weird and funny, that's about it.

From what I've heard, Japanese otaku reject anything western, so it probably wouldn't matter to them. General audiences are a little more open, which is why Disney films do alright over there. Still, so much of American humor is based in cultural understanding, which means most of the comedy would be lost. That's why The Simpsons, Seinfeld, and South Park failed to take off in Japan. Beavis and Butt-Head did alright, because you don't have to understand American cultural conventions to get why it's funny for two idiots to play baseball with a frog.

Short answer: it would fail.

Don't care, it isn't available in my country anyway.
