To be honest, I'm not completely sure what they mean, but It has something to do with One Piece ending and it having similarity with the Wizard of Oz(?)

Umm, how is this legit? Also, I wouldn't trust a guy who can't speak clear English here. Last time, I check, back in 2016-17, OP was roughly at 75-80 percent done.
You're saying they will all get what they are wishing for? I hope that's the ending because that would be pretty cool.

Well, finding the One Piece would give the following Straw Hats their dream:
Luffy will become the Pirate King for finding the One Piece.
Nami will be able to draw a map of the world.
Usopp will be seen as a brave warrior of the sea for being part of the next Pirate King's crew.
Sanji will find the All Blue.
Robin will learn about the truth behind the Void Century by reading the Poneglyph on Raftel.
Franky building of the Thousand Sunny will be seen as a ship that can sail the entire world.
