Yume Nikki has some great atmospheric music to be frank
The final boss of the Mother trilogy always had fairly unnerving music for their final boss. This one I think is the best of the three.
Nicole Dollanganger writes really creepy music. She's less on the scary side and more the unnerving side. I guess if there was an image that could describe her music it would be a broken china doll in an abandoned house.
