Is there any way I can upload a picture in the comment section from my own computer?

Puush or Imgur are two quick and easy ways to generate links from images (or other files) directly from your computer. I would recommend using those or something similar for future occasions.

Yes, something like that.

To keep it short, you can't post them straight from your computer. It has to be hosted somewhere (you can upload them in your own gallery but I don't recommend it).

After that, you copy the url of the image and place it between two exclamation marks. Like this: !https://i.kym-cdn.com/photos/images/newsfeed/000/890/637/035.gif!
