I am very confused, i know , some deleted pictures can be restored from iPhone’s Recently Deleted Feature ,but now I don't want to recover them, and I don't even want anyone else to recover them, what should i do ?

They do not seem to be completely deleted until they are overwritten

According to what you said, only professional erasers can help you .but you need to backup these pictures before using it.
