I was wondering why the submissions on the last few pages haven't been confirmed yet. What's keeping them from being confirmed/deadpooled?

They still need some work or extensive evaluation.

If an entry doesn't get anymore spread, it will probably get deadpooled.

However, if an entry is completely done, and the spread is immense enough to become a meme, it will become confirmed.
