Whenever I go on knowyourmeme.com page there is 20% chance my internet access will get cut off at which point there is nothing I can do but restart my tp-link router. Adblocker is off. There is NO other site that does this. Unique stuff. I'm interested if someone else might have this problem. And if someone would fix the damn thing.

Sounds to me that your FBI agent just doesn't like KnowYourMeme.

I've never heard of a site doing that. Is it possible that there is an issue internal to your computer that causes this?

Sounds like your ISP is tampering with your internet. I have a similar problrem except its 100% chance and its with crunchyroll.

Hasn't been happening in some weeks. Maybe someone at KYM fixed something or my ISP got off it. Hoping not to jinx it.
