What does this term mean?

Wow, you're right. It's been happening since March 10. It mostly appears on videos posted by a handful of users, but the ones I've seen have no edits, implying it was added by them when posting. I'm curious to know what the deal is too.

So a bit of digging tells us this is most likely a tag from the bulk video uploader the admins use.

The only exception is this guy which, if I had to guess, was also bulk uploading videos. Doubly so since a search for fightmilk22 brings up an admin anyways.
