The Partwisty OTP is simply never going to happen.
Starting with Twisty if you go on the Know Your Meme Sexuality and Gender Identity Survey searching for Twisty, you will find he is aromantic. This means little to no interest in a romantic relationship and as such would likely last for a few weeks at best. I am assuming this is likely due to the amounts of porn he watches per week.
However Particle Mare is much worse as her longest lasting relationship was a whopping 2 weeks. I attained this information after I asked her how long was her longest lasting relationship and then admitted to not being into commitment.
