I swear I once saw a version of lolicatgirls where there actually were catgirls in place of the normal dancing folk, but every time I try to look through lolicatgirls variants, I can't find it. Now I come to the realization that I may have just fever-dreamed it, but I refuse to accept such a dark concept.

Smh, the people on Know Your Meme don't even know their memes. It's entirely possible you've seen an edit of the original flash but just can't find it again. The internet is massive and how are we to know if that edit still exists. Although you might just be coping with the fact that you lost The Game.

I have also seen the bit in question years ago. It was on KYM as a GIF. I know there was either a comment response or the image title that was along the lines of 'what has science done'.

However, I think it ended up getting deleted during the loli semi purge. Which was ashame because it wasn't NC and was a good variation of the meme, which is rare for clickbait videos. You might be able to find it somewhere, but yeah… good luck. It's such a dated meme, and so much overlap in search terms with other things, you might never see it again.
