Many spambots are brand new members. What if you had to have your account for a month before you can post a thread. (Not including re-activations)

1. This has been discussed before and dismissed as not likely to encourage retention of new members.
2. 0% of your ideas have been glorious and have even gotten you banned for being blatantly disrespectful of mods, who are only "butthurt" with you because they have to deal with your primitive and childish behavior please stop
