Need to disable image embedding in signatures and limit the characters in a user name.

When a person has a huge image in their "about" it appears on every entry they create, and looks sloppy.

I just tested out the name limit. It will display 260 characters. I don't think there's any reason that a name should be able to be nearly two-tweets in length.

Well, Ann Hiro's image isn't as obnoxious as Ice Cream's
Names should be less than 10 characters.
