I don't know if there is something already posted about this, but, why isn't there a notification about messages?
Not everyone looks at the start page.
And when you first log in you are sent to your profile. Maybe there should be something on your profile when you log on that says something like "you have a new message."
IDK, it just kind of annoys me when I send a message to someone and they don't get until a day or two later.
I am a fast respond kind of person.
Sorry if I posted something already mentioned in this forum.

totally agree. i had a message from cooper for like a week and i didn't even know it until just a minute ago. NOTIFICATIONS GET.

If you use your real email address in your profile, you receive notifications immediately. And you don't have to worry about privacy since your email address is not displayed. It's only used for relaying notifications to you.

Also, Chris, not everyone checks their e-mail everyday. :/

I dont, I use mine for games/ sign ups/ other things.

Rarely do I ever check my email.

While an on-site notifications system would be nice, it is by no means a priority. The email notifications system works just fine. Maybe you should just check your email more frequently. Or start glancing at the main page when you login now that it redirects there upon login.

I agree with SK. I check my email once a month at most, or to sign up for new websites.
