As some of you may know I have been suspended for three days by a moderator by the name of "Rivers"(personally never heard of) and that got me thinking of how abusive, unprofessional and undisciplined moderators are in this website.

The reason I was suspended was from unproved assumptions from these so called "moderators" who try to keep the website clean and running. Apparently, having an unpopular opinion people disagree with is considered rule-breaking.

I came to suggest that all moderators should reread the Terms and Conditions plus the rules of the website immediately. I also suggest moderators to stop making quick actions based of their emotional discharge. Thank you and have a great one everyone.

Rivers is probably one of the best, most level-headed, and active moderators we have here. I'm not necessarily doubting you, but even the rest of us don't suspend easily. We usually confer with each other first, and users are usually given some sort of warning first.

It seems like you may have an issue with Rivers more than the moderation overall. You might be better served talking to her directly. But if you do have an issue with the moderation, why not post several examples where you feel as if we have acted unfairly or out of emotion.

It's another "User makes a thread in the forums decrying the mods because they were suspended" episode.

You'd be better off stating the exact reason given for your suspension so maybe the people you are addressing can make a judgement regarding who was in the wrong, because we've all seen this exact thread a dozen times before I think I can only recall maybe once where the suspended user was actually right. Saying that you were suspended for "unproved assumptions" and "having an unpopular opinion" literally says nothing as to what the perceived problem is, and in all honesty makes you sound salty.

Believe it or not, people of this site look up to moderators. If you guys acted like it was, people will have a good model to look up to.

Thank you for proving my point on how moderators jump to conclusions. It Is sad, yes but I hope for a better KYM someday.

Nice job reading the mod request about trying to help your case, Tlah.

I can go into your your full record if you wish, but generally we try to make warn/ suspension reasons semi-private unless it is extremely obvious what you did, or you just continue to do it. Since, in the few days you've been active after being gone since December of 2015 (after previously being inactive since October of 2014) you've already managed to make a reputation for yourself, I don't think I need to hide too much, though, if you have read the responses to your comments across the site, you should already have a general idea of what the issue is, even if you are in denial about it.

The signature of "-Tlahtoāni Of KYM" is extremely dumb. Everyone can already see who you are. The only other people who really sign off like that are people who are deliberately trying to send a legitimate heartfelt message in a manner similar to a letter (ie. PMs) or the people who are mocking you because of how dumb it is. Your old posts back in 2014 do not have this.

This style of post just oozes of self importance. Combining this with posts of how you are offended by a joke mocking anti-drug campaigns/ a dog looking like a dead celebrity. and how, in your opinion, it is terrible and should be taken down, it is clear that this attitude of self importance in your posts (which, again, was completely absent from your 2014 posts) is just being used to get people to get upset and react, especially given most of your posts lack much substance even without the psudo-signature. As Yes said, they are Troll bait

If you honestly want to stay on the site I would listen to the suspension reason listed: "Stop it with the trolling. It's painfully obvious you're trying to provoke a reaction. Cut it out." and follow the Keep it relevant rule: Make sure that any addition or contribution you make to the site is relevant to the topic at hand. If you have nothing to say on a particular subject, skip the topic and move on. When in Rome, do as Romans.

Of course, considering your prior history with some events, and the fact that immediately after your suspension, you continued to do the exact thing you were just suspended for, and couldn't follow Verbose's very basic instructions on listing exactly what your problem with a moderator was other than a vague "MOD ABOOSE" I have serious doubts your account will remain active.

Is he really that mad about being banned, that he has to bring the issue to twitter?

That's pretty much all off his twitter posts. That and faux-philosophical, Jaden Smith sounding posts about memes. His tweets usually include a fuckton of pointless hashtags. Oh also he got banned from the ED forums, unsurprisingly.

oh yeah stop signing off all of your posts or we’ll ban you for spam
and spamming, defined as posting of any advertisement or promotional materials, are strictly prohibited.

If you're gonna do that, I'd suggest updating site rules to reflect the new policy. As it stands, I don't think you could consider signing your name--as annoying as it might be--as fitting the current definition of spam.

I would but randomman is hogging all of the editorial powers

Seeing as this thread is now officially dedicated for pseudo-moderator shitposting, I second the movement to demod Particle Mare immediately for bullying user Tlahtoāni Of KYM. Her blatant abuse of mod privileges is an affront to both net neutrality and free speech. Her will shall be undone.

Now get out of my James' board.

I think this thread is a clear indication that we should make a thread to discuss this "karma bombing" phenomena. A seventh one. The KYM forums can only benefit from more discussion about this plague on our community.

Can someone delete the downvotes? I want my karma to go back up to 75% pls. I have not seen a man get that salty about him getting banned.

Realistically speaking, 75% wasn't much to brag about either. If you want to save your karma score that badly stop posting in every downvote thread that has ever been made. That is all.

I literally only did that once and I wasn't going to do it again. I don't even know why you're bringing that up. The downvotes here was from a banned user, I wasn't accusing anyone being a bot.
