At the moment this is the most notable game delay as a result of the coronavirus pandemic. Some speculate Ghost of Tsushima might be delayed next.

Not surprised really.

Make it a PS5 launch title. I expect TLOU2 to disappoint a lot of TLOU fans from 2013.
This feels kinda weird. This delay makes me think that the game is not finished yet.
Final Fantasy 7 Remake is releasing early in some places and Xenoblade Chronicles DE, which is releasing on the same day as Last of Us 2, is already available for pre-load.
I do not want to come across as conspiratorial but they could still sell the game digitally while delaying the physical version, this feels weird to me.

Naughty Dog's production timelines and remote infrastructure may be more to blame why they're postponing and some other studios aren't. Depending on how they allotted time for work and how many passes it ended up needing they might have some tasks they just can't do right now, likely stuff like motion capture and voice acting.
Also let me just say that testing games remotely is a huge bitch at the moment, so that final QA work is harder to do right now. Trying to find bugs that aren't related to the latency or streaming problems from remote work is trickier. I think Square Enix outsources their testing and Nintendo has NoA+NoE+NCL's testing departments so that may be why it didn't affect them as much.
