For me, It's probably Vectorman game on Playstation 2.

Unlike the original Vectorman game that had style, this PS2 game lacked anything that would make it stand out from the rest, especially in terms of looks. I mean, the gameplay looks more fast-paced and interesting than cover shooters but still, some serious work would be required to make it stand out.

I only found out about it retroactively but I am glad this one died and we ended up with Uprising instead.
