I'm super glad to see this as I even remember making a comment a few months back saying Ubisoft or Universal need to do something like a limited print run with a company like Limited Run, and that's exactly what they're doing. Pre-orders for physical copies of the game on Switch and PS4 will open on January 15, and there are three editions to choose from. The cheapest option is just getting the game by itself for $35 which has a reversible cover, next is the "classic edition" at $55 which comes in a clam shell styled case that kinda makes me think of the cases Sega Genesis games came in (also with a reversible cover of its own), and with the game is a sticker sheet, a poster of the game's overworld map, but the biggest thing is it comes with a CD copy of the game's awesome chiptune soundtrack by Anamanaguchi. The most expensive option is the "KO! edition" at $140 which comes with everything from the "classic edition" and also a "roadie collector's case" which can be opened to become a Sex Bob-Omb concert stage, a "guide book" (looks like it's a thing that likely has information about the game's creation), the soundtrack on CD AND cassette tape (cassette tape releases in the modern day are like a collector's item), Scott Pilgrim guitar picks and drumsticks, an enamel pin, and the complete trading card set of the Seven Evil Exes.

Personally I wanna grab the Classic Edition, not only do I like the case it comes in but I want a copy of the soundtrack I can play in my car's CD player.

These are gonna sell like hotcakes, I can asure you. If I get lucky, I might be able to get my hands on one of them… if not, well, I guess I'll settle for the digital edition. It's simply too good to have it.

And now we just have to hope it dosen't become lost media again but with those physical copies i guess that's just something that it's not going to happend in the inmidiate future.
