Valve Fans Have Patience of Saints

Half Life hurt the most. The fact Valve stayed radio silent about the series for over a decade convinced me the series was axed entirely. Come to my surprise they would release HL:Alyx and retcon the infamous cliffhanger with an even bigger one. Valve did it, they gave me hope once again.

Portal doesn't irk me so much, I like the ending of Portal 2 well enough. It works just fine as a self contained story within HL universe, it doesn't really need a 3rd game imo.

I largely stopped playing TF2 after it went f2p, but I see it's still as popular as ever.

Left 4 Dead may be dead to Valve, but we have Back 4 Blood (which is frankly L4D3) to look forward too later this year. I just hope Turtle Rock/WB Games doesn't botch it like with what happened with Evolve.

Ooh, I hadn't heard about this Back 4 Blood. How exciting!
