I kinda had a feeling this would happen. I'm legit curious now if this means Nintendo's big plans for the end of 2022 is a trio of "threequels" with Splatoon 3, Xenoblade 3, and Bayonetta 3.

Honestly, I'm kind of glad it's delayed. I've wanted to do my first replay of the first one this year, and this will give me more time. Not to mention it would've most likely got in the way of Scarlet/Violet. I at least hope that by E3 more footage will be revealed.

Let them take their time, there's no hurry.

Very interested to see what Nintendo puts out to fill the void in the schedule.
