History

Originally was a separate studio called Fox Studios and 20th Century Studios, later became 20th Century Fox.

Disney purchased FOX

On December 14, 2017 Walt Disney has agreed to buy the bulk of 21st Century Fox's business for $52.4 in a deal both companies said position them to compete in the rapidly changing media industry.
