This meme originated from a 4chan thread where OP stated, "44 decides what i do with this," referring to a tube of Gilette deodorant gel. Winrar roll of "Smoke it," was observed, followed by several other 44's referring to OP's requirement to smoke. OP mostly delivered, seemingly passed out/an hero'ed before 100% proof was able to be posted.
Apparently OP started smoking the deodorant rolled in graphing paper, which lead to a series of posts about the smokes produced being mortal.
Voted upon for meme creation after thread was archived, with winrar's vote of 00's to finalize its place in history.
