The rap by MC NxtGen originated on youtube and was created by binman Sean Donnelly on March 22nd 2011. It is quickly becoming viral through news sites and message boards, for instance the guardian's website:

The original acquired over 50,000 videos in four days. It has been very well received by youtube users.
In the song, Sean Donnelly attacks conservative Andrew Lansley, secretary to state of health, over the fact Lansley wants to "reform" the national health service, or NHS.
