Bill Clinton Between Two Bushes Photograph refers to a popular photograph of former United States President Bill Clinton standing between a statue of President George H.W. Bush and President George W. Bush. The image has been the subject of numerous photoshop battles and coverage by various news outlets.

Origin

On July 13th, 2017, President Bill Clinton's press secretary, Angel Ureña, tweeted a photograph of President Clinton playfully standing between two statues, one of President George H.W. Bush and the other of President George W. Bush, following his speech at the George W. Bush Presidential Center in Dallas, Tx. Ureña captioned the picture (shown below) "Everything's bigger in Texas," and it received more than 2,100 retweets and 7,600 likes.^[4]

Later that day, Twitter user @yashar^[1] shared the image with the caption "President Clinton at the George W. Bush Library tonight." The post contributed to the rising popularity of the picture and received more than 14,000 retweets and 19,000 likes. The photo has received coverage from Huffington Post,^[2] CNN,^[3] and others.

Since going viral, the image has been the subject of many jokes online, specifically on Twitter (shown below).

The following day, Bill Clinton shared the photograph on his one Twitter account. Captioning the photo "Note: Not to scale," the retweet received more than 10,000 retweets and 57,000 likes of its own.

Also on July 14th, Redditor Buckeye39 posted the image on the /r/PhotoshopBattles^[5] subreddit in which people manipulated the photo for humorous purposes (examples below). The post received more than 200 points (94% upvoted) and 30 comments.
