C.Q. Cumber is a character in the Octo Expansion for Splatoon 2. He is a translucent blue sea cucumber wearing a train conductor's hat. He is an employee of Kamabo, serving as the conductor of the Deepsea Metro station. Many people thinks that he is annoying because for every mistake you did at the Octo expansion, he will say "(Mistakes that you did),test failed" and the player will self destruct, making players losing lives and get back to the last checkpoint.
