I used Venezuela because 1. This is where the show is mainly dubbed in Latin American Spanish; 2. There's really no general Latin American Spanish flag as far as I know. I also didn't include Bob Esponja's last name for Venezuela and Spain because I couldn't find any information on it being officially used, but as far as rumors go, it's Bob Esponja Pantalones Cuadrados.
