Dodongo Kong is a mashup of Donkey kong, and a Dodongo.
Dodongo Kong takes the appearance of Donkey Kong, but with the head poorly photoshopped with the head of a Dodongo.

Dodongo is a meme shared amongst the member of a Minecraft server called Pundertale.
Many interpretation of Dodongo Kong has been made by the members, from Hoodies, to posters of famous shows but with Dodongo Kong as the main character, to full raps of Dodongo Kongs.

Dodongo Kong was first created when one member started stating different Donkey Kong names (e.g Konkey Dong, Lankey Dong, etc) when they said Dongo Dong, and then every member started stating the infamous meme from Legend of Zelda, "Oh boy, I can't wait to bomb some Dodongos!" and inserted kong at the end, "Oh boy, I can't wait to bomb some Dodongo Kongs!"
