It was used a lot in Roleplay games such as Meepcity, Adopt an Raise a cute kid, Life in Paradise, (ETC) Youtuber, Albertsstuff made a video called THE MOST INAPPROPRIATE GAME in ROBLOX which was made on the 22/10/2016. Near the end of the video, he played the Ear Exploder 9000 audio in front of a lot of players in the Club game, Club Tesla. The audio includes a kid screaming like a girl loudly.
