Harold Shipman was a British doctor that by some measures was the most prolific serial killer in history, having murdered 218 of his patients. Around February 2016, short greentexts started to appear on /r9k/ of hypothetical scenarios where a patient would come to visit Harold Shipman, at which point he would subsequently murder them in his surgery. The format generally follows
>[X] comes into the surgery
>Backstory 1
>Backstory 2
>Wants me to give him/her [Y]
>Give him/her a lethal dose of morphine instead
Always with the same image of Harold Shipman used in the OP image
