Humza Yousaf's Scottish Government Picture refers to two pictures of the Scottish Government's Justice Secretary Humza Yousaf MSP which show him smiling in one and looking resentful in the other.

It has become a reaction image which has been used in the similar instances to the Drake meme.

Origin

As part of the Scottish Government's ongoing reshuffle, Nicola Sturgeon, the First Minister of Scotland, during the 5th Scottish Parliament appointed Humza Yousaf MSP the role of Justice Secretary within government.

Along with the other new appointments in Nicola Sturgeon's cabinet, two pictures were taken of each new member of cabinet, one with a serious expression and one with a smile.
