These people watch too many movies and think it's a joke out there. As if making the claim that someone can just walk into your home and round up you and your family is going to be easy as pie. They realized very quickly what raw violence feels like without physically feeling the pain.

I am seriously thinking about carrying an actual good, self defense knife not one of those little ass foldable knives we are restricted to for self defense. To any lawyers out there or people who know the law, will I really get prison time for self defense for using a real, manly knife? Combat Experience

What matters most is real life combat experience which not only improves your experience and skill but also trains your body at the same time. I should know. I practice a compounded martial art from 3 different martial arts and develop my own rather damaging techniques. And I have yet to lose a single real life fight even if outnumbered.
