Kevin Lee Hebenstreit, or The Kevin, or Our Lord and Savior Kevin began when a baby-faced Facebook user known as Kevin Lee Hebenstreit visited Star Trek Las Vegas and excited posted celeb photo ops of himself meeting Star Trek stars, especially the DS9 cast, and a description of his impressions of them, along with the phrase "____ did nothinf wrong". His last photo op was with Marc Alaimo, who played Gul Dukat. He told him of the meme that "Gul Dukat did nothing wrong" and posted the image on Facebook.

With his final photo op, memes of Kevin himself took off, spawning Facebook groups, meetups, and declarations that Kevin was "Our Lord and Savior" and "Our new God", due to the overwhelming wholesome nature of Kevin.

Kevin memes often feature Kevin inserted into popular memes such as images of non-toxic masculinity, a powerful Godlike figure, or someone overwhelmingly attractive.
