Live Your Life Like A Kamehameha, or simply Like A Kamehameha, is a series of videos on Youtube containing the song "Yeah! Break! Care! Break!" by Jerry Jewell, best known as the ending theme for Dragon Ball Z Kai,

Origin

The meme is fairly new, started in July 27, 2011 by a user known as ImmaGinyu. The video that started it, called "ImmaSeru Didn't Live His Life Like A Kamehameha"" , showed clips from Dragon Ball Z and other Dragon Ball Z fan videos in a manner that gives viewers the impression that Captain Ginyu was performing the Body Change with Semi-Perfect Cell. Lasers come out of Ginyu's mouth, then a laser comes out of Cell's mouth in a manner similar to Shoop Da Whoop while the song "Yeah! Break! Care! Break!" plays, starting at the line "Live your life like a Kamehameha!". The video gained popularity, and many users also posted their own videos similar to that, increasing the size of the meme in the process. The song used, as stated above, is "Yeah! Break! Care! Break!", a song made as the ending theme for Dragon Ball Z Kai, and a song known for its strange English lyrics, specifically, "Live your life like a Kamehameha!"

Formula

The Like A Kamehameha videos follow a simple formula. There are 3 different types of videos, with a formula for each:

Type A: (Person #1) does something, then (Person #2) fires some sort of energy blast, and the blast either hits (Person #1) or misses (Person #1) while the song *Yeah! Break! Care! Break!" plays.

Type B: Same as A, the only difference being that the attack used is not an energy blast, rather a close up attack or a gun.

Type C: Same as A and B, although the thing Person #2 does towards Person #1 isn't an attack at all.
