Medium Waffle is a nonsensical term coined by internet personality and hip hop musician Savage Realm. On Instagram, it is often used in comments and captioned images as an obfuscatory device with intentions to confuse others who are unaware of its meaninglessness.
Origin
On December 19th, 2017, SavageRealm first introduced "medium waffle" in a post with the caption "Medium Waffle everyone." the term Medium Waffle is only for the highly intelligent.

That same day, Urban Dictionary Bicahel420 submitted an entry defining "medium waffle" as the following:
A saying originated by the popular rapper and meme page SavageRealm. A saying very difficult to understand, only for the highly intelligent.
