The achievement comes from the Xbox 360 when you do a certain task in a video game. The picture itself is just something that stands out as one of my favorite historical moments when Dragon Ball Z started their 'OVER 9000' meme. The variations that can be made of this meme are just different major happenings in media or general history that can be made funny. I've always loved the Xbox 360 deep down like millions of other Xbox 360 owners (though personally I like the PS3 for it's beast graphics.) So this is just something I've put together so everyone can have a good laugh and can make their own versions. Who knows, maybe achievement merchandise?
