Najib Razak or better known to the Malaysian memes community as Jibby, is the new hailed memes lord of Malaysia.
Najib Razak was formerly a Prime Minister of Malaysia before being ousted with the defeat of the former ruling party of Malaysia, Barisan Nasional, in Malaysia previous 14th General election.

During his tenure as a Prime Minister, his existence alone often cause the birth of many memes in Malaysia. Yet for some strange reason, he is kind of okay with it. He even abolished the internal security act (ISA) in Malaysia, which lead to greater freedom of speech in Malaysia allowing for more memes to be made before. During the existence of ISA, the act was known to put many people behind bars due to speaking against the government.

It was not until he becomes an opposition when the people finally realize that he actually had a talent for trolling. His political troll actually leads the new government to change and "u-turn" a lot of their new policies. U-turn is a phrase used in Malaysia to indicate a change of heart causing people or the government to revert or cancelled their new decisions, usually caused by being bashed by others.

His troll on the consumer petroleum price is believed to lead the new government to lower the petrol price for the year 2019. He is also among the people responsible for the creation of the time machine meme, a meme used by going back to the previous years' post on a politician Facebook page. The post will then be reshared to the public in order to demonstrate how a lot of the politician actions are in contrary with what they have said before.

He also among the people that popularize the word "kencing" as a meme. Kencing is Bahasa Malaysia for urination. It is used as a slang word to indicate that you have been lied to by others.

Legend has it, that due to Jibby troll, some of Malaysian Ulama/Islamic legal scholar issued and highlighted a fatwa, which is an Islamic jurist legal view, that trolling is haram or illegal in Islam under some circumstances if it leads to bad things.
